1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, creating an account or participating as a publisher, you agree to these terms and any offer-specific requirements communicated through the Publisher Portal. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account eligibility and accuracy
You must provide complete, current and accurate information. Accounts are individual to the approved publisher and may not be shared or transferred without written authorization. Zyvora Calls may verify identity, traffic experience and other submitted information.
3. Approval is required
Registration does not guarantee publisher approval. Publisher approval does not guarantee approval for any specific offer. Traffic may be run only after the relevant offer application is expressly approved and only while that approval and the offer remain active.
4. Traffic and promotional conduct
Publishers must comply with applicable laws, offer requirements, approved traffic sources, creative requirements, platform policies and network instructions. Misrepresentation, deceptive advertising, unauthorized incentives, unlawful contact, manipulated calls or other low-quality or abusive practices are prohibited.
5. Creative submissions
Creative links and promotional information must be accurate and accessible for review. Approval may be paused or withdrawn if creatives, traffic sources or operating conditions change. Publisher is responsible for obtaining rights to submitted and used materials.
6. External call tracking
Call tracking is managed separately on an external platform by the Zyvora Calls team. This website does not itself track calls or provide call reports. External tracking records and applicable network determinations may be used in campaign administration.
7. Payment records
The website records payment information entered by the Super Admin; it does not process, transmit or guarantee funds. Payment eligibility, timing, adjustments and final amounts remain subject to applicable campaign terms, quality review and direct network agreements.
8. Suspension and termination
Zyvora Calls may reject, suspend or block an account, or pause an offer application, for quality, compliance, security, inactivity, incomplete information or breach of requirements. Publishers must stop affected traffic promptly when access or approval is paused or withdrawn.
9. Confidentiality
Non-public offer details, payout terms, support communications and portal information must be treated as confidential and used only for the approved network relationship.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
The platform and opportunities are provided on an as-available basis. No specific volume, revenue, payout, approval or business outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Zyvora Calls is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from platform use.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated when operations, requirements or applicable laws change. Continued platform use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
